Sarah Struthers (MSc.) and Eugenia Herwig (PhD.) convocated on October 27th, 2018. We are keeping both of these fantastic ladies close as Sarah has been hired as a research technician in our lab and Eugenia is our post-doc. Also Lorenzo is very proud of his mom!

Some of the members of our lab along with family and friends enjoyed a wonderful afternoon trail ride from the Sturgeon River Valley into the west side of the Prince Albert National Park. Unfortunately we weren't able to see Canada's only totally free ranging herd of Plains Bison within their historic habitat, however we are already planning a trip for next summer where we will hopefully have more luck! We would absolutely recommend John and Toby who acted as our guides and were terrific!        Our post-doc Eugenia, along with her husband Esteban, welcomed their first baby to the world today! Mom, Dad, and Baby Lorenzo are all doing great! We think he will make an excellent future scientist, following in his parent's PhD footsteps!  |
